The conversion and refurbishment of the former Offices of the Echo Newspaper to create 27 Quality Apartments.
A very complex project with difficult access involving the complete strip out of the existing building and subsequent conversion to form high quality apartments on four floors. The existing rear glass block wall as replaced with aluminium curtain walling.
The retained structure was subject to overhaul and maintenance repairs including roof, gutters, retained windows/secondary glazing, and complete redecoration.
